TransRockies Airport Transfers
DEADLINE TO BOOK SHUTTLE TRANSFER IS JULY 15th – BOOK EARLY TO ENSURE AVAILABILITY
TransRockies will be providing coach transfers for both the inbound and outbound portions of the event (to and from Calgary International Airport).
The price of the transfer includes your seat on the coach and the transport of all luggage, including your bike box. The coach will drop you off at your accommodation in Fernie.
Please note that all bikes must be packed in boxes for both the inbound and outbound transfers, in order to ensure they are transported safely and efficiently.
Transfers should be booked online through your registration file. If you have already registered for TransRockies but have not booked a transfer, simply log in to your registration file through the link provided in your confirmation email and add your transfers under the ‘Merchandise’ section.

Times listed are tentative and subject to change based on booking requirements. Shuttles with fewer than 5 passengers are subject to cancellation. If your shuttle is cancelled you will be advised and booked on the next available shuttle.

TransRockies Post-Race Shuttles Canmore to Calgary
Canmore to Calgary Shuttles will be offered by Banff Airporter. Banff Airporter runs a regular schedule every one to two hours from Canmore to the Calgary Airport. Use the link below to book your transfer. Be sure to book the “extra luggage” option to cover your bike. The fare including the bike is $63.37 including taxes.

Airport Hotel Accommodation – Hilton Garden Inn
TransRockies participants arriving on flights after the last scheduled shuttle of the day to Fernie can book a hotel room at the Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Airport at a discounted rate.
Participants will receive a special rate of $149.00 (a $50 savings!). This rate is based on single/double occupancy (each additional guest is $20 per night), and includes a hearty continental breakfast.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport (about a 5-minute drive) is available. Look for pillar #10 on the arrivals level outside; there is a phone available on that level to call the hotel directly for a pick-up.
