Ride TR3 for half price when you sign up for the 2010 TransRockies

TransRockies 2010 registration opens June 1, 2009
One the key reasons we created the TR3 was so that it would be a stepping stone for riders who want to ride the TransRockies but who were intimidated to take on seven days as their first stage race experience. The TR3 is going to offer a full, professional stage-race experience over the course of the first three epic days of the TransRockies.
When the TR3 riders wrap up their adventure and head home from Nipika Mountain Resort, the rest of the crew and TransRockies riders will be headed out into the Rockies for four more days of classic backcountry adventure. We know that the TR3 riders are going to wish that they were riding out of camp instead of heading home so we’ve developed a special promotion to help them follow through on that goal.
It goes like this: any 2009 TR3 rider who signs up for the 2010 TransRockies between registration opening on June 1 and race day August 9th will receive a 50 per cent discount on their TR3 entry fee. That means that they’ll be paying just $299 (CDN) for their 3 days of racing and they’ll be able to say “next year” and really mean it when the TransRockies field heads out on Day 4 bound for Whiteswan Lake.
Nothing this good comes without a little fine print like deposits and cancellation rules but that stuff is all pretty simple and explained below, so what are you waiting for? Conditions
- The discount applies to both early bird and regular entries. After the discount, the race entry will cost $299 + 5% GST. Camping and meal packages are not included.
- The discount applies to TR3 2009 registrants who have registered for TransRockies 2010 with a minimum $1,000 per team deposit between June 1, 2009 and August 9, 2009.
- In the case that the registrant subsequently cancels from TransRockies 2010, the amount of the discount will be charged back to the TransRockies entry and deducted from the Deposit.
- In the case that you have already paid the TR3 registration in full, your discount may be applied towards your TransRockies 2010 registration.
