Check Points
TransRockies offers check point with feed zones during each stage. Depending on the distance, there may be one, two or three on any given day distributed along the route, typically around 20 to 30 kilometres apart. The following is available at control stations:
- Drinking water
- Ultima Replenisher drink
- Honey Stinger Bars
- Assorted fruit slices
- A variety of snack food
- Chain lube
- Emergency communication with finish line/medical crew
