Control Stations

TransRockies offers control/aid stations during each stage. Depending on the distance, there may be one, two or three on any given day scattered along the route, typically around 30 kilometres apart. The following is available are control stations:

• Drinking water
• Ultima Replenisher drink
• Clif Bars
• Clif Shots
• Assorted fruit slices
• Chain lube
• Emergency communication with finish line/medical crew
