Cancellation Policy

TransRockies No-Risk Cancellation Policy At TransRockies, we understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes come up that can prevent you from participating. While we can’t refund all your money, we’re happy to transfer your fees to next year with no penalty. We’d like you to make a commitment with a deposit, but we won’t hold you hostage with our cancellation fees. We also allow no-charge substitutions if you can’t make it, but you can find someone to take your spot.

TR3/TR4 Solo Cancellation Policy
Prior to May 1 – $200 of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2013 event*
May 1 – July 1 – $500 of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2013 event*
After July 1 – All fees will be retained as a credit for the 2013 event*

TR7 Team Cancellation Policy
Prior to May 1 – $500 per team of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2013 event*
May 1 – July 1 – $1500 per team of fees will be retained as a credit for the 2013 event*
After July 1 – All fees will be retained as a credit for the 2013 event*

* For TransRockies Expedition Entries, an additional $1,000 will be retained, which is non-refundable
